SCOPE OF WORK
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
PUMPING EQUIPMENT

SoCal Pump & Well Drilling Inc., will provide the services listed below to each piece of equipment you have scheduled on the Equipment  Schedule.  Your equipment should be serviced, as applicable, on a monthly or quarterly basis
 
bulletVisual inspection of pump station
bulletConfirm pump station is operating properly
bullet Check coupling alignment on pump(s).
bullet Change motor oil once a year.
bulletClean/change all cooling filters and grills
 
bullet Check all safety shutdown features.
bullet Check tightness on flange and motor bolts.
bullet Grease or oil motor bearing(s).
bulletChange motor bearing oil once a year.
bullet Check stuffing box for leakage.
bullet Inspect Inverter and PLC and/or Starting Equipment.
 
  • Verify all electrical connections are at proper torque settings.
  • Clean/change all cooling filters and grills.
  • Remove all dirt and dust that has penetrated the unit interior or accumulated on the processor boards using high-pressure nitrogen.
    		•
    bulletEvaluate pump station operation at various flows.  Take voltage and current rating and compare to last report.
    bulletCheck and verify PRV and High-Pressure Relief Valve operation, adjust Cla-Val as required.
    bulletOpen WYE strainer blow down valve to heat exchanger flush.
    bulletInspect and tighten all electrical connections in electrical panel.
    bulletInspect contactors for pitting and excessive wear.
    bulletRemove and clean diaphragm and pilots on safety relief valve.
    bulletClean station pumps, motors, control panel and associated components.
    bulletTouch-up station with factory paint where applicable
    bulletProvide written service report to customer contact.
    bulletAdvise customer contact of any recommended repairs.
